Sheet products
In order to create various functions, we have combined resins with different characteristics to form multi-layered composite sheets and films which have the characteristics of different resins.
Our long-standing emphasis on eco-friendly manufacturing has now evolved into proactive initiatives in cooperation with our vacuum and pressure forming division, such as use of regrind, steady efforts in downgauging (resin reduction), and use of recycled resins and biomass (plant-derived) materials. Products created this way are used in various fields such as cosmetics, medical, and stationery.
Vacuum-formed products
In cooperation with our multi-layer sheeting division, we produce high value-added products, including curry containers with moisture and gas barrier properties, various types of blister pads made of biomass (plant-derived) materials, and gift trays. In addition, our multi-layer sheeting division, successfully recycled trimming losses, which are generated in the vacuum-forming process, into a raw material, creating eco-friendly and cost-effective products.
