Our blow molding division is equipped with not only stretch-blow-molding machines and direct-blow-molding machines, but also secondary processing equipment such as the newest automatic five-color screen printer, automatic shrink processing machines, labeling machines, and thermal transfer machines. Furthermore, to ensure even higher quality, automatic pinhole inspection machines and automatic defect inspection systems with a camera have also been introduced.
Our stretch blow molded products include shampoo and conditioner bottles that were commercialized using polypropylene for the first time in the industry, and PET bottles for cosmetics, deodorants, air-fresheners, mouthwashes, etc. We are also promoting manufacturing with an awareness of the environment, and a growing number of our products are becoming eco-friendly that use biomass raw materials, etc.
